  • Blurred lines when printing white layer for dark t shirts..

ā€‹ Hello, just wondering if anyone can help me figure out whats going on with our DTG L1800. When printing onto dark t shirts, with the first layer being white it comes out with a lot of colored lines, i will upload picture below.. Ive cleaned and flushed many times during these weeks. Done damper pull etc And tried to print again but still does the same thing. I change the settings as they should be when printing onto dark t shirts. Under normal settings (printing onto white t shirts) colors come out perfectly fine. Iā€™m trying to figure out if an inlet is clogged or not. Or if it can possibly be anything else that I haven't tried. Im a little new to using this machine and would appreciate the help. TY!

Seems like you may have some gunk buildup on your printhead. Try cleaning printhead and wiper blade.
